This position allows for remote work; however, we highly value in-person interaction within the team. We therefore request your regular on-site presence for key team votes, special events, and to foster team spirit. 

Your Future Team 

You will work in the Retail Broker backend team, building and maintaining the secure, scalable infrastructure that powers the Bison App. Your focus will be on ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance for seamless access to trading and account services.

Your Tasks  

  • Be part of an agile development team, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. 

  • Develop and maintain core backend services for secure, scalable transaction processing. 

  • Implement and optimize systems for high availability, low latency, and fast transaction processing, especially during peak usage. 

  • Adhere to industry security standards, write unit tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure secure, compliant, and maintainable code.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in C# programming, with knowledge of the .NET platform (.NET Core / .NET 5+ is an advantage). 

  • Experience in designing, coding, and testing new applications. 

  • Good knowledge of microservice environments and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker), Linux, and relational databases. 

  • Basic proficiency with AWS. 

  • Familiarity with Git. 

  • An interest in trading, investing, and wealth growth. 

  • Experience in agile software development.
